Please read the following information carefully before joining our guided fishing trip.

Nature & Safety
This tour takes place in a natural environment and involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, rocks, rising water, wildlife encounters, and sudden weather changes.
While your guide will make every effort to ensure your safety, it is impossible to eliminate all risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these natural risks.
During the Tour
Please follow your guide's instructions at all times.
If the guide considers conditions unsafe, the itinerary may be changed or the tour may be ended at any time.
The guide reserves the right to end the tour if a participant refuses to follow instructions, behaves dangerously, or disturbs other guests.
Weather & Tour Cancellation
Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather, river conditions, waves, wind, or any other safety concerns.
Even after the tour has started, it may be terminated if conditions become unsafe.
Fishing Results
As this is a wild fishing experience, fish catches cannot be guaranteed.
Fishing conditions vary depending on weather, water level, water temperature, and other natural factors.
Health Conditions
Please inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or if you are taking medication.
For your safety, participation may be declined if your physical condition is not suitable for the activity.
Equipment & Clothing
Rental equipment is available; however, clothing and personal belongings may become wet or dirty during the trip.
Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for walking on uneven terrain.
Fishing Locations
To help protect the environment and local fisheries, please do not share fishing locations, routes, or GPS coordinates on social media or online.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used on our website and social media.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before the tour begins.
All photos and videos taken during your trip will be provided free of charge after the tour.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own personal accident and travel insurance.
NOMADO GUIDE SERVICE recommends that all guests obtain adequate insurance before joining the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
If the tour is cancelled by the guide due to unsafe weather or natural conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made by the participant are subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
