Cancellation Policy

NOMADO GUIDE SERVICE cannot guarantee a successful catch. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible fishing experience, but fishing results depend on natural conditions.
Cancellations made on the day of the tour or without prior notice (no-show) are non-refundable.
Up to 7 days before the tour: Free of charge
The day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
On the day of the tour or No-show: 100% of the tour fee
A confirmation email will be sent approximately one week before your tour. Until then, you may cancel free of charge. Date changes are welcome, subject to availability.
If the tour is cancelled by NOMADO GUIDE SERVICE due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other safety concerns, we will do our best to reschedule your booking.
If the guide determines that the tour can be safely conducted but the participant chooses to cancel, the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
If a refund is issued, any bank transfer fees or payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the participant.

As our tours take place in a natural environment, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
